Selection Process of SBI PO Recruitment 2023
Preliminary Examination: Objective Test (100 marks) – English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability
Main Examination (Phase II): Objective Tests (200 marks) – Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness, English Language
Descriptive Test: English Language (Letter Writing & Essay, 50 marks)
Interview (Phase III): Includes a Psychometric test, Interview (30 marks), and group Exercises (20 marks)
Note: Minimum qualifying marks apply in Phase-III for final selection.
